Davidoff’s six of the best

This year’s Davidoff Limited Edition is a blend of six tobaccos, each chosen for an intense and harmonious bouquet. The blend was especially matched to the Robusto Intenso format used for this limited premium cigar.

The limited editions consist of Piloto, Olor, San Vicente and Havana Seed Criollo tobacco varieties.

The Havana Seed Criollo is cultivated in a special growing region north of Santo Domingo. Three years of storage allow the tobacco to mature fully.

The Piloto filler tobacco is grown in an exclusive location in the Valle del Yaque, and is specially fermented and then stored for five years. Similarly the San Vicente filler tobacco is matured for a five-year store period. The binder comes from the Olor tobacco variety. The final tobacco, the Ecuadorian wrapper, stands out due to a double fermentation and three-year maturation.

The Davidoff Limited Edition 2005 Robusto Intenso comes in specially varnished and sealed wooden boxes of 10, of which no more 10,000 will be available worldwide.

* Meanwhile Davidoff has introduced Club Cigarillos, which combine fine tobaccos from lands within the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans.

They are backed by tradition. In the 70s, the company introduced the mini cigarillos. They were soon followed by the demi-tasse and the long panatellas.

Since then the golden Davidoff logo has become synonymous in the world of cigarillos with top quality tobaccos and superior methods of production.

Davidoff Club Cigarillos will be available at authorized specialist dealers.
