Cohiba rights appeal

The Cuban cigar company Cubatabaco is set to appeal the judgement of the United States Court of Appeals, reversing a previous judgment that had awarded Cubatabaco the U.S. rights to Cohiba. The company will take the case to the Supreme Court to vindicate its rights.
